Who we are

Pause Studio is run by Pause Socials, based in Singapore (“we”, “us”). These terms apply whenever you use Pause Studio. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Who can use Pause Studio

Pause Studio is in an invite-only beta. To use it, you must be a property salesperson in Singapore with a valid CEA registration, and you must sign up with the email address we invited. Each account is for one person. Don’t share your sign-in.

Your content

You own what you write and upload, including your stories, listings, notes and photos. You let us store and process it so we can run Pause Studio for you. That includes sending it to the AI service that writes your drafts. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

AI drafts and compliance

Pause Studio uses AI to suggest angles, hooks, scripts and carousels. AI drafts can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. The compliance checks in Pause Studio are advisory. They help you spot problems, but they don’t guarantee that a post meets any rule.

You are responsible for everything you publish. That includes following CEA’s rules on advertising and making sure every property fact, price and claim is accurate. Read and check every draft before you post it.

Credits and plans

AI actions in Pause Studio use credits. The Usage page (Settings → Usage) shows how many credits each action uses and how many you have left. Your plan is arranged with us when you join.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Pause Studio to:

  • break the law or CEA’s rules;
  • create content that is false, misleading or defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • upload photos or other material you don’t have the right to use;
  • get into another person’s account or data;
  • overload, break or get around Pause Studio’s limits or security;
  • resell or share your access.

Pause Studio is in beta

Pause Studio is still being built. Features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be bugs or downtime. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or is no longer on our invite list. You can stop using Pause Studio at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pause Studio is provided as it is, and we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any loss that comes from content you publish.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Pause Studio after a change, the updated terms apply.
